How to apply

To apply for this grant, a letter of intent should be submitted by June 30th 2027. The Letter of Intent should include:

• Brief overview of your organization (250 words)
• Description of the proposed project and anticipated impact (350 words)
• Explanation of how funding will be used (250 words)
• Summary of your experience providing substance use disorder services (200 words)
