Chief Development Officer
Ave Costa is the Director of Development at Alpharus Health, where she leads philanthropic initiatives for one of the nation’s largest nonprofit addiction treatment organizations. With over 30 years of experience in fundraising, Ave specializes in building lasting partnerships to support recovery services across multiple states. Prior to joining Alpharus Health in 2024, she held a leadership fundraising role at Brookfield Zoo Chicago. She holds a B.A. in Public Relations with a Minor in Psychology from Illinois State University.
