Justin Wolfe, LCPC, CADC, CRC, PCGC, CCTP

Director of Outpatient Services

Justin is a graduate of Adler University in Chicago, IL. He is a a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT). He is currently the Outpatient Director at Alpharus Health, where he oversees IOP and PHP programming for adults presenting with Mental Health and Substance Use challenges.

Throughout his career, Justin has served in a wide range of clinical roles ranging from working as a Clinical Therapist in a hospital-based program to supporting organizations entire clinical systems through program development, clinical training, and direct consultation. These experiences have given him a deep appreciation for how care is delivered at every level and has the ability to transform lives.

Justin has extensive experience working with adolescents, adults, and families across Residential, PHP/IOP, and Outpatient therapy settings. In recent years, Justin has had the privilege of providing CEU trainings across the country, collaborating with professionals who share a commitment to improving outcomes and showing up for others in their time of need. Justin has also had the opportunity to present at the ASAM conference on the topic of Utilizing Contingency Management within Addiction Treatment. Whether he is developing clinical content, supporting teams through change, or facilitating meaningful learning opportunities, Justin’s focus remains the same: equipping people with the tools they need to better serve others.
