Kevin Burton, MA, brings over 40 years of behavioral health experience, spanning clinical care, operations leadership, and program development across both for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. He began his career as a recreational therapist and later earned a Master’s in Marriage & Family Therapy, providing direct care through individual and group therapy. Kevin has led multi-site operations, managed large inpatient psychiatric units, and successfully launched over 15 outpatient programs. He is passionate about staff development, patient safety, and helping others. As a seasoned educator and relationship builder, Kevin continues to drive innovation and excellence in behavioral health services.
