Roueen Rafeyan, MD

Dr. Roueen Rafeyan is the Chief Medical Officer at Alpharus Health, bringing over 20 years of psychiatric and addiction medicine expertise to the organization. He previously served as medical director at Rush, Michael Reese, Resurrection, and Presence Behavioral Health. Dr. Rafeyan is a diplomate of both the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and the American Society of Addiction Medicine and is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine. He teaches at Northwestern University and is active in national and state medical organizations dedicated to advancing behavioral healthcare. He received his medical degree from Instanbul University.
