Tom Delegatto, MHS, CADC

Tom Delegatto, MHS, CADC currently serves as the Senior Executive Director of Operations at Alpharus Health. Tom is responsible for working with Alpharus Health Aurora’s teams, and providers. With his breadth of experience as a leading healthcare executive he is well poised for overseeing the daily operations and programs offered by Alpharus Health.

Prior to joining the Alpharus Health, Tom served as the Director of Meadows Outpatient Center-Chicago. Prior to working for the Meadows, Tom served as the executive director of Recovery Works Merrillville, a comprehensive treatment center that provided detox, residential, PHP, IOP, recovery homes, and community-based services. Tom has previously served Gateway Foundation as the Corporate Director of Business Development.
