Yolanda Johnson-Davis is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Alpharus Health, bringing over 30 years of experience in human resources and organizational leadership. For the past two decades, she has been instrumental in aligning HR strategies with Alpharus Health’s mission, fostering a workplace culture where employees feel empowered to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. Yolanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems from Chicago State University and a Master of Arts in Organization Development from Roosevelt University.
