How does individual outpatient work?

Individual outpatient care is designed to provide support that works with your life rather than disrupting it. Your treatment plan may include a combination of clinical care, medication support, and recovery services such as:

Individual Therapy: Meet with a counselor or licensed therapist to address substance use, mental health concerns, life challenges, and recovery goals. Sessions are scheduled at a frequency that meets your needs.
Medication Support: If necessary, patients have access to medical providers who can prescribe medications as part of a comprehensive treatment plan.
Case Management and Recovery Support: Receive support from case managers and peer recovery specialists who can help connect you with resources outside of treatment.
Optional Group Counseling: While individual therapy is the primary focus of care, patients are welcome to participate in group counseling sessions for additional support, skill building, and connection with peers.
